TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST 14 November 2025 to 11:59pm AEST 19 December 2025.
Eligibility: Entry is open to patrons aged 18 years and over who purchase any 2 Barry Cans in a single transaction on-premise at a participating Francis Venues location during the promotion period. Staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Participating Francis Venues Locations: Boronia Hotel, Berwick Springs Hotel, The Dingley Hotel, Summerhill Hotel, Edwardes Lake Hotel, Kealba Hotel, Watergardens Hotel, Golden Point Hotel, Wattle Grove Hotel and Kings Head Tavern.
How to Enter: Purchase any 2 Barry Cans on-premise during the promotion period. Receive an entry ticket at the point of sale. Complete your details and hand your entry form back to a team member.
Prize: One (1) winner across the Francis Venues portfolio will win one (1) signed AFL guernsey from their choice of the following players: Nick Daicos, Josh Daicos, Bailey Smith, or Charlie Curnow. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Draw Details: All entries from participating venues will be collected and combined at the end of the promotion. A single winner will be drawn by Francis Venues management after 19 December 2025 and contacted within one (1) week. Venue staff are not to conduct individual draws or contact entrants.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified directly by Francis Venues via phone or email within 7 days of the draw.
General Conditions: Francis Venues reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to the promoter using their name and image for promotional purposes without compensation.
